These Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the customer and Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. for the purchase of Products on the Site.

- La consegna dei prodotti verrà effettuata a mezzo corriere ed i tempi varieranno in funzione della destinazione, del momento in cui l’ordine verrà acquisito e della disponibilità del Prodotto stesso.
- Per la merce disponibile Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. effettuerà la consegna al Corriere entro 2 giorni lavorativi successivi al ricevimento dell’ordine di acquisto.
- Salvo imprevisti i tempi di consegna sul territorio nazionale saranno pari a 5 giorni lavorativi dalla consegna al Corriere. Per località difficilmente raggiungibili quali Sardinia, mountain resorts, smaller islands, extreme peripheries, poor areas, o Estero compilate il MODULO RICHIESTA PREVENTIVI e formuleremo per Voi il giusto preventivo prodotto/i + spese spedizione.
Il nostro sistema calcolerà le vostre spese di spedizione basandosi su alcuni parametri dettati dai corriere nazionali e potrete verificare il costo della vostra spedizione al termine della compilazione del vostro ordine. Vi preghiamo di verificare attentamente il riepilogo ordine e i costi elencati per non incorrere in problematiche di vario genere prima dell’invio del vostro ordine e sopratutto PRIMA DEL PAGAMENTO.
I tempi di consegna dopo l’avvenuta spedizione ed eventuali ritardi non dipendono da Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. che comunque si impegna a mediare e cercare di risolvere con il corriere qualsiasi problematica legata alla consegna. Il Cliente, con l’accettazione dei nostri termini di utilizzo, esonera il Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. da qualsiasi responsabilità al riguardo. After receiving e-mail notification of delivery the courier will deliver on time depending on the locations to be served. We suggest you contact the carrier directly if you were not at home to arrange a delivery at specific times, to avoid incurring additional expenses.
Should you find inside your pack goods damaged, we invite you to send before 24 hours of receipt of the parcel an email to our address shop@lavecchiaelettromeccanica.it, with attached photographic documentation on the damaged goods. The email will also contain the reference to the order number and shipping. With the opening of the practice will refund the cost of the goods or, if you prefer, a new shipment of the goods damaged all at our expense.
Right of Withdrawal
1-Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 64 and ss. D. Lgs. 206/05 the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty and without specifying the reason.
The customer will have to follow these simple steps:
A) Send to Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. within 2 working days from receipt of the Product, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, its willingness to withdraw from the contract;
B) Provide, using a courier of your choice, shipping the product to Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. | Via Degli Artigiani, 96 – 76121 Barletta (BT) carefully packed in the original package insert inside a copy of the registered letter sent.
B1) The notice may be sent, within the same period, by telegram, email and fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.
B2) Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. proceed, by bank transfer, reimbursement for the cost indicated in the purchase order and the first shipping, namely that relating to products for which it was exercised the right of withdrawal, within 30 business days following the receipt of the Products.
B3) The exercise of the right of withdrawal will be ineffective if the product is not returned intact, or missing the original packaging, or to the absence of product components, or damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
The client agrees that in case of dispute, the competent forum will be to Trani.

Any refusal to provide data for the purposes referred to in) of point 2 makes it impossible to purchase Products on the Site.
5) On the contrary, refusal to provide data for the purposes referred to in b) does not cause any impact on the ability to purchase products on the Site.

8) The subjects whose personal data may, at any time, exercise the rights under Art. 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003 and in particular the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of data, request its correction, integration and cancellation, directing a written request to Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The contract between Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. and the Customer is governed by Italian law.
In case of a malfunction or dispute between Electromechanical Lavecchia Ruggiero & C. S.N.C. and the Customer, will be the competent court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer if located in Italian territory.
For customers domiciled in states of the European Union will apply Articles. 15-17 Right. 44/01 EU.
For customers domiciled outside the European Union will be responsible, exclusively, the Court of Trani.
